Let me start by saying I have a fear of going to the dentist. In fact I had not been in 20 plus years. My teeth and gums were in bad shape. Two months ago I chipped my front tooth. This made me face the fact that I must address my dental health. 32 Dental was recommended to me by a co worker. From the moment I made my first appointment to yesterday getting my crowns these guys have catered to my fears and dental needs. They made sure I felt no pain and understood exactly what they were doing. If you are like me either because you have neglected your teeth or have a fear give them a chance. I love my new smile.
Went in last minute for a root canal and crown. My dentist referred me to two other offices that could not get me in for a week and we're much more expensive. Not only did the get me in the next day, the staff was helpful, explained the process and gave me a price on everything that had to be done (several steps and appointments). Not only was Dr. Vo and her staff helpful and patient, they were all very friendly. Highly recommend their offices.
Went in for a cleaning. Friendly and quick service. Was able to get checked for a reoccurring issue, and I've made an appointment to go back and get it taken care of. I since went and got a root canal done. The employees are professional and friendly. Procedure was fairly quick and was done well.
Absolutely love love love this place the staff is more than friendly. They make you feel soooo comfortable and welcomed! Dr Lan is the best dentist ever. She explained everything to me that I needed to know and more. She made sure that my dental health is back on the right track! Definitely would advise anyone to go plus the office is VERY clean and cozy!
I was seen by Dr. Berkley and his dental assistant, Lauren, at the Brookstone location.The ENTIRE staff was so friendly and took excellent care of me. Dr. Berkley even called after hours to check up on me - amazing! Even the staff at the Chastain office were more than helpful and I sincerely appreciated everyone's time and dedication to their work. If you are at all nervous about having dental work - this is the team to go to. They are very caring and take their time to explain what is being done and make sure that you are comfortable at every step. Thank you 32 Dental!!
The staff is amazing. You feel like family with everyone that works there. Everything was explained to me regarding my visit and treatment. I was told what my insurance didn't cover and what I would be paying out of pocket...No surprise charges!!! The office is very clean and makes you feel right at home. I have finally found the office for me. Thank you for the warm welcome and excellent care.
Absolutely LOVE this dentist office. Everyone in the office, including Dr. Lan Vo is very positive, kind, understanding, and gentle. Just had a dental implant and she had to do a bone grafting on the spot, she knew my financial situation and didn't charge me for the bone grafting. Best dentist I've ever been to. Thank you 32 Dentistry!!
My family and I just moved here from NJ and hadn't found a chance to find a dentist for our four year old. Well she fell down at the Chikfila next door and knock her front tooth out. 32 was the closet dentist to us and thank heavens because they couldn't have been nicer! I walked in all shaken up with a crying and bloody child and they took us right in. They couldn't have been sweeter. They made us feel so warm and welcome. I'm almost thankful for her little accident bc I'm not sure we would have found this place otherwise! We're so grateful and could recommend 32 dental more!
Easily the best experience I've ever had at a dental office! The office was very clean and modern-looking. The hygienist (Debbie) was gentle, and no unnecessary treatments were pushed. I did have to get two fillings, but Dr. Vo and her assistant took extra care in making sure I was comfortable. I'd certainly recommend Thirty Two to anyone who is looking for a dentist.
