I hate to leave a one star review because the dentists here are really good, but the billing department is a complete joke. Don't EVER pay anything more to them than your insurance says you need to. They will hold it hostage as a credit until every last claim you have is filed, and you will STILL have to fight to get your money back. I wouldn't mind this process if they were timely, but they're not. Claims that required more information for insurance to process in NOV and DEC are STILL pending. I paid almost $600 in January when my service should have been free. They assured me once insurance came through I would be refunded no issue. Well... here we are in JUNE with no refund. The information Aetna requested wasn't even sent until I had Aetna call on my behalf... Once Aetna called, they had the info sent electronically almost instantly. I shouldn't have to do all this chasing down to get my money back.
I filled in for an appointment last night, was called by Lauren in the morning, who booked me into the location that had the earliest appointment for me and was in by 11am. I went to Chastain in Kennesaw, it is conveniently just off Chastain Road in Kennesaw, between the 75 and 575. The friendly reception staff were great when I arrived and got me set up as a new patient.
Evelyn and Dr Hiep looked after me and took great care of me.
My tooth was too far gone so they prepped me for a crown, they are fully equipped on site and I didn’t have to do the usual prep then come back in a week because they have a lab on site that fashions crowns and has an oven to cure them. After a 3d scan of my prepped tooth and bite they created a 3d model to start designing the fit for the crown. Out in 2.5 hours and dealt with in one trip, better than me worrying about the giant hole in my tooth for 8 days! Thanks for helping me with my dental emergency Thirty Two Dental! Especially Lauren, Evelyn and Dr Hiep!
